Drive Recovery Overview:

NOTE: An initial, flat-rate fee is required to begin work on your drive. However, no additional fees or expenses are incurred without your approval. And if we can't recover the data you need, you pay only the initial diagnostic fee—no further charges!

Phase 1: Drive Diagnostic

• This procedure, using specialized data recovery equipment, will tell us if data can be recovered immediately or if donor parts are needed. It can also provide a good statistical estimate of data recoverability chances.
• After donor parts are installed (when needed), diagnostics are rerun to determine if additional, clean-room work is needed.
• If clean-room procedures are required you will receive a cost estimate. Work will not proceed without your approval. This fee is applicable ONLY if we can recover your data. No data, no fee!

Phase 2: Recovery Process

• Raw data is processed with specialized software to read and rebuild directory structure, and restore data integrity. If we can't recover the data you need in usable form, there is no charge other than the initial diagnostic fee.

Data delivery. You can request personal delivery of data for security purposes or we can mail it to you on any kind of media needed.
